DELIVERY TIME

Orders should arrive within 2-5 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. ENES is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, ENES has NO control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.


Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it.


You can return any online order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.


How to return your item:

  1. Email us at info@enes.be  within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the item(s) back to us, carefully packaged. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  4. Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition. We cannot accept worn, damaged, or incomplete returns.
  • Sale items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
  • We do offer exchanges , contact us by email info@enes.be .

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

ENES will accept your returned merchandise, please contact us by email before you return your item(s). You can return item(s) within 14 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money. Both the returned item(s) and the packaging have to be in unused. 

We hope you’re very happy with your purchase but if anything is not matching your expectations, please send an e-mail to info@enes.be and we will help you further. 

All items must be returned with the orginal tag attached and in perfect conditions within 14 days.

Once your return has been received and accepted your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
